This site has been a blog for my first book but will sometime in the not-too-distant future both cease being a blog and also have a change of look (while still existing to provide info on the book).

I highly recommend that you visit the podcast website, the site for my audio book and/or my new blog page.

The podcast website hosts a daily episode on the history of a single common word and has had rave reviews.  That’s Podictionary – the podcast for word lovers.

The audio book is called Global Wording and tells you in only one short hour-and-a-quarter everything you need to know about the evolution of English since before it was even in existence.

My blog is sporadic and deals whith the ups and downs of being an author in a time when it is estimated that perhaps 600,000 new titles appear on the market each year.
